Equals promotes social inclusion and stigma free access to services for LGBTQ+ people in Barbados. Equals conducts various advocacy related projects, faciltiates educational workshops, hosts social events and provides services that can be accessed at The Safe Space, or through referrals to a service provider we have identified as sensitised to our needs.

Guyana
Guyana RainBow Foundation (GuyBow)
Guyana Rainbow Foundation (GuyBow) is the leading LBQ women’s organization in Guyana, advocating for lesbian, bisexual, and queer women through services, capacity building, and dedicated safe spaces. Formed in 1999 and formally established in 2000, the organization refocused in 2012 to strengthen the empowerment, health, and wellbeing of LBQ women through targeted activities and programs.

Saint Lucia
Eastern Caribbean Alliance for Diversity and Equality (ECADE)
The Eastern Caribbean Alliance for Diversity and Equality (ECADE) is an independent umbrella of human rights organisations operating in the small islands in the eastern Caribbean from the Virgin Islands to Grenada. The Alliance’s core membership comprises organisations representing the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer community in the sub-region. Associate membership comprises organisations working intersectionally. ECADE currently serves seventeen full and fourteen associate member organisations in nine countries.

Colours Caribbean
Colours Caribbean is a registered non-profit in the Cayman Islands working to build a visible and empowered LGBTQIA+ community across the Caribbean and Latin America. It promotes safe, inclusive spaces through a network of regional businesses and public venues, and advocates for LGBTQIA+ rights as human rights to advance equality throughout the region.

United Belize Advocacy Movement
UNIBAM is the oldest and only LGBT led policy and advocacy non-governmental organization in Belize. Its broad theme of focus is health and human rights. Its mission is to be an Advocacy Organization that uses rights-base approaches to reduce stigma and discrimination.

Trinidad and Tobago
Queer Corner Caribbean
Queer Corner Caribbean is an LGBTQIA+ activist and community organization based in Trinidad and Tobago that advocates for the rights and visibility of the community. They engage in social commentary, public advocacy against discrimination, and organize community events and activities like workshops, giveaways, and membership benefits.
